The education system is changing with time. There are whereas the difference happens in the education field. Now colleges are divided into Aided and Unaided. Let's understand the difference between aided college and unaided college.

 

Aided College:

 

1) Aided college get's funds and support from the government.

 

2) Aided colleges get permission or allowance from the government for various purposes like infrastructure development, academic activities.

 

3)  Aided colleges take fewer students college fees then unaided colleges because government funds aided colleges.

 

4) In aided college teachers salary is given by the government. 

 

5) In aided college teachers has job protection means their are minimum chance is there they get fired.

 

6) In terms of freedom aided colleges have less freedom has compared to unaided colleges. Because government funds aided college so aided colleges mandatory to follow government rules.

 

7) In simple words, you can say aided colleges are government colleges.


Unaided College:

 

1) Unaided college doesn't get's funds and support from the government.

 

2) Unaided colleges doesn't get permission or allowance from the government for various purposes like infrastructure development, academic activities.

 

3) The unaided college takes heavy fees from students because unaided college maintenance is done by student fees.

 

4) In unaided college teachers salary is given by the management.

 

5) In unaided college teachers not has job protection means anytime management can fire a teacher for any reason.

 

6) Unaided Colleges get more freedom because they not get any funding from the government. So aided college rules and regulations are made by independent management team.

 

7) In simple words, you can say unaided colleges are private colleges.
