I used Amazon and Flipkart both the platforms. In this article, I am sharing my experience. This experience is mainly for the Indian region. I am sharing what I like/dislike about Amazon and what I like/dislike about Flipkart. So based on this point you might be able to decide which is better for you based on your preference!

What I like about Flipkart:

1) On-time delivery:

Flipkart delivered most items on time.

2) Discounted items:

On Flipkart, I noticed a good amount of discounted products.

3) Allow exchange of damaged or non properly working items:

I received some damaged item then instantly I shown it during delivery then they simply took and given me other product in exchange.

4) Play games earn super coins and get discounts:

Flipkart allows a platform where you can play games and earn super coins. These super coins you can use to get discounts, membership, or rewards. Super coins' value is declined and now they are almost worthless but still, you are able to get a discount from super coins.

5) 1 Rupees grocery item:

Flipkart gives you 1 rupee grocery item. When you make a purchase of more than 1200 you get 1 rupee free items.

6) All items available:

Most times Flipkart has most items available.

7) Friendly delivery staff:

The delivery staff is mostly friendly and polite.

8) Free delivery available:

Flipkart gives you no-cost delivery for some products or if your order value reaches a certain point!

What I dislike about Flipkart:

1) Bad customer support:

I used Flipkart customer support for the product which was not delivered on time, customer support simply told me to wait. They simply told me to wait for 15+ days then they canceled my order. I was expected they give me a better solution and they literally have no control over product delivery. They were just assuming it will be delivered soon.

2) Not responsible:

As I told my delivery was delivered for 15+ days. But still, they told me to just wait. Then they simply canceled my order. Instead of being a responsible company, they must give me the compensation or make delivery on time!

3) No Prime membership:

Flipkart doesn't have a Prime type of membership that will make one-day delivery or fast delivery.

4) Product unavailability:

I often noticed some products on Flipkart are unavailable. That is very frustrating!

5) No delivery in rural areas:

When I was in the village I tried to get delivery from Flipkart but they showed me delivery unavailable at my location.

What you like about Amazon:

1) On-time delivery:

Flipkart delivered most items on time.

2) Discounted items:

On Amazon, I noticed a good amount of discounted products.

3) Allow exchange of damaged or non properly working items:

I received some damaged item then instantly I shown it during delivery then they simply took and given me other product in exchange.

4) All items available:

Most times Amazon has most items available.

5) Good customer support:

The customer support of Amazon is much better than Flipkart. They solved my problem instantly sometimes.

6) Responsible company:

I had the same experience when I had a delivery delay. Amazon also told me to wait, but for late delivery, they actually gave me an extra 1 of my ordered product as compensation. That is when my anger got calm and I was happy to again go on Amazon's way.

7) Prime Membership available:

Amazon has a Prime type of membership that will make one-day delivery or fast delivery.

8) Friendly delivery staff:

The delivery staff is mostly friendly and polite.

9) Delivery in the village:

After Flipkart's unavailable delivery in my village, I tried Amazon. On Amazon, they told me the product will be delivered to the Amazon center location which was near my village. Then I simply made an order and then received the delivery from the Amazon center.

10) Free delivery available:

Amazon gives you no-cost delivery for some products or if your order value reaches a certain point!

What I dislike about Amazon:

1) No discount options:

Like Flipkart super coins Amazon does not offer discounts by playing games.

2) No free items:

Like Flipkart 1 rupee items which will almost be free items. Amazon does not give any items free!!

3) Product unavailability:

I often noticed some products on Amazon are unavailable. That is very frustrating!

Now, I guess you can make the decision about which is better? Why don't you share your experience with Amazon and Flipkart down below!
