Story: Movie story based on some friends, and for fun they invite Slender Man but the problem starts when Slender Man actually comes in real.
Movie Review:
The movie starts with some girls group who invite Slender Man just for fun. But Slender Man comes real to their life and start killing girls. Then what happens how this girl reacted to this for knowing that you need to watch the movie. The movie story is very much routine like you have seen many movies which are the same as this. Like in Ouija Board movie they call for evil and evil arrive. In many movies, the same story is used. So first I was very much disappointed with the story. I guess Slender Man is the subject which many people are curious to know, but this movie surely disappoint them. In the movie horror scenes are good, some scenes are a little scary. But overall movie not having scary stuff. Movie story is totally predictable, where story does not have much to show. I was hoping some suspense and some story should be shown behind Slender Man creation. But story only revolves around Slender Man wishes and killings. I think most horror movies does not have story, only has horror elements. But still expecting some story like Conjuring where the ghost has some story to tell. Direction by Sylvain White is good but I think the story is very weak so he also not has much to show. Music is good, sudden sounds during horror moments make you feel scared. I guess this movie only got Hit in box office because of popularity of Slender Man in people.
Positive points of the movie:
I guess plus points are some horror scenes that are unique.
Negative points of the movie:
First very routine story, the same story is repeated which we saw in many movies. The story has not much to tell, the story only revolves around showing horror elements.
Overall My Rating:
Overall disappointed with the movie, I was hopping for something new and good suspense story. So overall I am giving this movie 3.5 ratings out of 05.
