If you are using Windows 10, then you might also face an auto-update issue. Most time in a week window comes with a new update. Of course, that updates fix bugs but still, it's irritating. In this article, I am sharing how you can turn off windows updates in windows 10.

Follow these steps to turn off windows updates in windows 10:

Step 1: Search on windows search bar Settings, and open Settings panel. 

 

 

Step 2: Now search for Windows Update Settings and select Windows Update Settings:

 

 

Step 3: Click on Advanced options :

 

 

Step 4: Now in Advanced options scroll down and do setting of Pause Updates. Select date until which date you want to pause your updates. After selecting date setting will be saved.

 

Now until that date your Window update will be turn off:)

 

Turn off Windows update for particular WiFi:

 

If you using some home broadband WiFi and mobile hotspot. Now you want to restrict your system to not do any updates by your mobile WiFi, because mobile has limited data. For this just follow this simple steps:

 

Step 1: Click on WiFi icon, or search in Windows search WiFi Settings. Now press on the WiFi Properties

 

 

Step 2: Scroll down and check Metered Connection. By Metered Connection Window will not use current WiFi data for any updates:
